How can I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking system at Juthliesbeautylounge.as.me. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot. Deposits are applied toward your total balance.

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and all major, and all major credit and debit cards. Please note that deposits cannot be transferred between clients

Where are you located?

Our private suite is located in Tampa, Florida. The full address will be provided in your confirmation email once your appointment has been secured.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, services are by appointment only to ensure each client receives an exclusive and uninterrupted experience.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if the new appointment is booked within the allowed timeframe.

What if I arrive late?

A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that time, a late fee may apply. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.


How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean hands and no polish or acrylic unless you’ve booked a removal service. Bring and inspiration photos if you have a specific design or style in mind.

Do you offer nail repairs?

Yes, nail repairs within three (3) days of your appointment are complimentary for minor issues. After three days, a small repair fee will apply.

How long should I expect my set to last?

With proper care and maintenance, your set should last 3-4 weeks. We recommend scheduling your next fill or removal appointment within that time to maintain a flawless look.

Can I bring guests or children?

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, guests and children are not permitted unless otherwise approved prior to your appointment.

Do you accommodate group or bridal bookings?
